Wow, she is super cute! It looks like this is meant to have some sort of horror element to it, but all I see is cute. I think her mouth stitches are rather endearing. Nice haircut too.

Something with meaning, huh? This could be interpreted in so many ways. She could be a representation of generational warfare. The younger generation being silenced by the older. Specifically Generation Y aka The Millennials: generally considered as those born between 1980s to 2000, give or take a few years on either end depending on who you talk to. In terms of size, Gen Y is the largest generation ever, even beating out the Baby Boomers. But they are largely disorganized, disenfranchised and silenced majority. They have been straddled with abnormally high debts from higher education and high unemployment rates due to high competition and not enough descent jobs to go around for everyone. The Boomers love trashing this generation and beat them when it comes participation in voting. Which does not bode well for Gen Y. If they were to become a politically active unit, they could dominate. But lack of opportunity and advancement has stalled a lot of milestones previous generations have considered normal i.e. delaying marriage, home ownership, etc.

Or this could be a representation of a low-level worker unable to communicate any new ideas to upper levels of management that might help the company she's working at. Who listens to those at the bottom? It's not like they have any ideas or are capable of critical thinking, right? I've certainly experienced this myself. Lower workers might have clearer insight to problems but are completely ignored by the CEO and upper management and the board of directors-people who often have their heads up their butts and are completely removed from what's going on in the company.

Or even the classic- teachers and educational faculty never listen to students. Whether at the university, college, or high school level, this is a common theme that been around forever.

Or I might just interpret this as a really cute girl who may want a hug. I would give her a hug.

Does she have a name? Will we ever get to see her again?
